GALLIPOLIS — The French Art Colony, regional multi-arts center is preparing to host the first of two exhibitions of art created by local students.
The first will feature the Gallipolis City Schools’ students, grades K-12.
Opening March 11, the showcase will continue through April 2. The public is invited to attend a free reception between 1-3 p.m. March 12.
The second upcoming youth art exhibition April 15-30 will feature works from the Gallia County Local Schools, with an Arts Gala event scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 16, highlighting the full variety of arts taught in the collective Gallia County Local Schools.
