The perfect turkey recipe, Part 3

Staff Report

VINTON — The big day has arrived and cooks across Gallia County are either hard at work or doing the dishes.

The main ingredient on many of their Thanksgiving Day menus is/was turkey. In honor of Thanksgiving, the Gallipolis Daily Tribune asked second graders at Vinton Elementary School to provide their turkey recipes to our readers. In a three-part series which ends today in our Thanksgiving edition, these students give their best advice on how to make the perfect bird. Find all the recipes online at www.mydailytribune.com, in case you need them for next year.
