Four convicted in Gallia Common Pleas Court

GALLIPOLIS — Gallia County Prosecuting Attorney Jason Holdren, announces the recent convictions of four Gallia County men this past week in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.

Levi T. Coughenour, 25, of Gallipolis, was recently convicted of Illegal Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a felony of the second-degree. Coughenour faces up to eight years in prison and will be sentenced in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on Aug. 17.

Justin A. Lambert, 27, of Gallipolis, was convicted of Felonious Assault, a felony of the second-degree. Lambert will be sentenced on July 12.

Ralph W. Young, Jr., 39, of Bidwell, was recently convicted of Gross Abuse of a Corpse, a felony of the fifth-degree, and Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third-degree. Young will be sentenced in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on June 15.

Anthony M. Moore, 40, of Columbus, was convicted of Receiving Stolen Property, being a 2004 Kawasaki ATV, a felony of the fourth-degree. Moore will be sentenced in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on June 15.
