Robert “Sam” Knapp, of Rutland, Ohio, died Thursday, March 7, 2013, at the Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, Ohio.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2013, at the Restoration Fellowship Church in Pomeroy with a meal to follow.
