Beatrice Bullard, 87, of Gallipolis Ferry, W.Va., died February 7, 2013, at Pleasant Valley Hospital.
There will be no visitation, and the service will be at the convenience of the family. Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, W.Va., is serving the family.
