Edna P. Lane, 95, Gallipolis, passed away at 12:06 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013, in the Holzer Senior Care Center. Born January 27, 1917, in Gallia County, she was the daughter of the late James Lee and Neal Betz Miller.

She was retired with over 31 years of service from the Gallipolis Developmental Center and attended the First Church of the Nazarene. She married Kermit R. Lane on December 5, 1937, in Gallipolis and he preceded her in death in 1962.

She is survived by her two children, Linda (Gary) Lewis and Gary (Robin) Lane, both of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Jamie (Lana) Lane, Julie (Dave) Sydenstricker, Joseph (Wendy) Lane, Kaci (Stu) Osbourne, Cody Lane and Angela (B.J.) Queen; great-grandchildren, Megan Lane, Jodi Sydenstricker, Daniel Lane, Elizabeth Lane, Emily Lane, Abby Queen, Laney Osbourne and Lilly Osbourne; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Inez Hughes, and two brothers, Foster Miller and Virgil Miller.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2013, in the Cremeens Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Jane Ann Miller. Interment will be in the Reynolds Cemetery, Addison. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

Casketbearers are Jamie Lane, Joey Lane, Cody Lane, Dave Sydenstricker, Stu Osbourne and B.J. Queen.
