Katheryn (Bailey) Neal, age 85, of London, Ohio, formerly of Oak Hill, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012, in London, Ohio, at her daughter’s residence. She was born March 10, 1927, in Lawrence County to the late Clifford and Laura (McFann) Bailey.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Neal; sisters, Helen Myers, and Pearl Jones; and a nephew, Jerry Jones. She is survived by her sons, Mark (Adrah) Neal of Rio Grande and Tim Neal of Charlotte, North Carolina; daughter, Leah (John) Dorsey of London, Ohio; grandchildren, Mark, Matt, Lorie and Lacie Neal; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, July 19, 2012, at the Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill (formerly Kuhner-Lewis) with Rev. Herman Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 12 p.m. until the time of the service.
