Mary Pridemore Farley, 97, Vinton, Ohio, (Wilkesville Community) passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012, in Russell Nursing Home, Albany, Ohio. She was born on April 2, 1915, in Logan County, W.Va., daughter of the late Elizabeth Dingess Pridemore and James Humphrey Pridemore.
She married Hiawatha Farley on August 17, 1934, in Logan, W.Va., and he preceded her in death on July 22, 1982. Also preceding her in death were two daughters, Rebecah Farley and Esther Patterson; four brothers and four sisters.
Mrs. Farley is survived by eleven children: Doris Elizabeth (Robert) Prater, Delmus (Carol) Farley, Linda Lee (Marcus) Prater, Doyle Jack Farley, Deborah Lou Detty, and Avonda Denise Farley, Forrest James (Rae) Farley, all of Wilkesville, Ohio; Brenda Joyce (James) Wright, Pataskala, Ohio, Mary Jo Farley, Gallipolis, Ohio, Kathy Jean (Eugene) Haslett, Lancaster, Ohio, and Dena Kay Griffin, Westerville, Ohio.
In addition, she is survived by fifty-two grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 13, 2012, at the Fellowship Chapel Church, Vinton, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park.
