He was a graduate of Buckeye Hills Career Center, in Rio Grande, in 1986. He was born August 25, 1968, in Portsmouth, a son to Paul Clark, of New Bloomington and Flo Turley, of Gallipolis.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Arthur and Frances Clark and his maternal grandparents, Henry and Mary Wheeler.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Sherry (Mayes) Clark; his son, Nathaniel Mayes; his daughter, Ashley Turley; his step-father, Gil Turley; his step-mother, Carolyn Clark; four sisters, Yvonne Hollenback, of Ft. Myers, Fla., Tammy Hawks, of Vinton, Dawn Clark, of New Bloomington, and Rachel Kennard, of Cashion, Okla.; two brothers, Jeff Clark, of Minford and Shawn Clark, of New Bloomington; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica and Joshua Jeffers, Courtney Hawks and Adam Pearson, Katlin and Robert Hersman, Wade Kennard, Brandi and Jennifer Hollenback and Nathan, Brittany and Brooklyn Clark.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 28, 2010, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, with Pastor Carl Swisher officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Racine.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with burial expenses.
