Area residents lined up in preparation to board the Cincinnati Belle Tuesday morning in Gallipolis for a two-hour luncheon cruise on the Ohio River. Residents were also able to embark on an evening cruise offered by the Cincinnati Belle. Its Gallipolis stop was part of a tour the Belle has made along the Kanawha and Ohio rivers.
