Robert “Bob” Stumbo, 83, Bidwell, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012, in Abbyshire Place, Bidwell, Ohio. He was born August 2, 1929, in Frankfort, Ohio, the son of the late Frank Stumbo and May Hall Stumbo. He was a self-employed owner-operator of B&N Stone Yard and Stumbo Trucking, Bidwell, Ohio and retired in 2006.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-four years, Nellie West Stumbo and three sons, Stephen Robert Stumbo, Max Stumbo and Jerry Stumbo, all of Bidwell, Ohio. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was a daughter, Neda Lynn Stumbo; a son, Leo Stumbo; one brother and several sisters.

He was a Christian Evangelist who attended many churches including Debbie Drive Church and Clark Chapel Church where he was a Deacon.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, January 3, 2013, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio, with Rev. Robert Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the Vinton Memorial Park.

Calling hours were held from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
