Carroll Vance Sands, 78, of Pomeroy, Ohio, died December 27, 2012, at Rocksprings Rehabilitation Center, in Pomeroy, Ohio.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2012, at the Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood, W.Va., with Pastor Brett Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery North in Parkersburg, W.Va.
Friends may visit the family from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at the funeral home.
