Patricia Ann Boyles Shane, 52, of Middleport, Ohio, died Tuesday, December 25, 2012, at the Holzer Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Middleport. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2012, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for the Patricia Shane family in care of Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home PO Box 151, Middleport, OH 45760.
