Point man charged with Gallia burglary

RACCOON TWP — A Point Pleasant man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a reported daytime burglary. The alleged burglary took place in the Raccoon Township area.

According to the Gallia County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies and Gallipolis City Police officers located Jason Roach, 30, Point Pleasant, at a Texas Road residence and took the suspect into custody.

According to the Gallia County Sheriff’s website, Roach is being charged with burglary and a previous failure to appear charge.

Gallia County Sheriff Joe Browning said Roach was reportedly seen disposing of items from the alleged burglary. Browning also told the Gallipolis Daily Tribune that Roach is considered a suspect in other daytime burglaries currently under investigation by local law enforcement.

I if this is the guy that burglarized me twice in the same month on Little Kyger Road in October? If it is, good! If it isn't, still good. At least this is one more no good for nothing drug head who is off the street. Now, if they could just keep him off.
