Ruth Elizabeth Todd, 86, of Bidwell, formerly of Hernshaw, West Virginia, died Monday, October 22, 2012, in the Arbors at Gallipolis.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, October 25, 2012, in the Pineview Cemetery in Orgas, West Virginia. Rev. Leroy Ferrell will officiate.
Arrangements are being handled by the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy.
