CHESHIRE — The Gallia County Sheriff’s Office is on the lookout for two Gallia County Work Release inmates who checked out of the center last month and failed to return.
Work release center resident Aaron Cordell, 22, signed himself out at 10:15 a.m. on August 20 to go to his place of employment and was to return to the center located in Cheshire immediately after work. Cordell failed to return to the work release center in a timely manner.
An attempt to locate was issued for him and, to date, Cordell has not been located.
Cordell was committed to the work release center by the Gallipolis Municipal Court for 189 days on charges of criminal trespassing and failure to appear.
It is believed that Cordell may be in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, area.
Cordell is described as being 5-foot, 8-inches tall, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Work release center resident, Aaron Dennison, 21, signed himself out at 8:15 p.m. on August 21 in order to go to Holzer Medical Center. Dennison was to return immediately.
Following Dennison’s failure to return to the work release center, all local hospitals were checked, and it was learned that he had never shown up at any of them.
An attempt to locate was issued for him and, to date, Dennison has never been located.
Dennison was committed to the work release center by the Gallipolis Municipal Court for a probation violation.
Dennison is described as being 5-foot, 8-inches tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
