Dugan Adkins, 90, Patriot, Ohio, died on Saturday, July 21, 2012, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis.
Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m., Friday, July 27, 2012, at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton. Burial will follow in the Centerpoint Cemetery near Thurman. Military graveside services will be conducted by the Gallia County Veteran Service Organization. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday one hour prior to the service.
