Anna B. Barry, 78, of Bidwell, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012, at Abbyshire Place.

She was born December 4, 1933, in Gallia County, Ohio, daughter of the late Elra and Anna Duncan Sisson. She retired in 1973 from the Holzer Medical Center Housekeeping Department. Anna attended Faith Valley Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Patricia A. (Lester O’Dell Williams) Saunders of Crown City; one granddaughter, Ashley Williams of Gallipolis; two grandsons, Nathan Williams of Crown City and Brian (Becca) Williams of Gallipolis; two great grandchildren, Skylar Williams and Colton Williams.

Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Barry in 1972; a grandson, Scott A. Barry; three brothers, Herman, Willard and Gilbert Sisson; four sisters, Melvina Johnson, Garnet Queen, Amy Meeham, Goldie Kayut and a special friend, Bryant Duncan.

Services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Queen officiating. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 12-1 p.m. prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
