Elizabeth R. Langona Neal, 36, Cheshire, Ohio, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012, in the Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born November 12, 1975, in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of Michael Langona, Cheshire, and the late Cynthia Thomas Langona, who preceded her in death on December 29, 2009.

She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church of Gallipolis and a preschool and kindergarten volunteer for several years at Christ Academy, Point Pleasant, West Virginia.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughter, Julia Neal, Cheshire; sister, Bree (Tim) Ramey, Cheshire; step-mother, Kathleen Gremaux Langona, Cheshire; maternal grandmother, Lillian Thomas, Rio Grande, Ohio; nephew, Jonathan Ramey, Cheshire; and several aunts, uncles and extended family.

A memorial service will be held beginning at 6 p.m., Monday, June 25, 2012, at Christ United Methodist Church, 9688 State Route 7, Gallipolis, with Pastor Kandy Nuce officiating. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, is honored to handle the arrangements for Elizabeth’s family.
