Henry Andrew “Andy” Mullen, 68, Louisville, Ky., formerly of Gallipolis, Ohio, died Monday, June 11, 2012, in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va.
McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, is handling arrangements for the Mullen Family. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family and will be announced at a later date.
