Mabel W. Frash, 86, of Pennsville, died on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at the Riverside Country Care Center in McConnelsville. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 2012, at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill with Pastor James Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pennsville Cemetery. Friends may call on the family one hour prior to the services on the day of the funeral.
