Larry Phillips, 64, Gallipolis, and formerly of Clarksburg, West Virginia, died late Monday evening, February 6, 2012, at his residence. In keeping with Larry’s wishes there are no calling hours or funeral service. Cremation will take place under the direction of the Cremeens Funeral Chapel.
