She was the daughter of the late William and Bridget Shifflet.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, with the Rev. Jim Snyder officiating. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m.
