JACKSON — The road is set for Gallia Academy soccer in the postseason, as the Blue Devils (1-11-1) earned a seven-seed at the 2008 Division II soccer sectional drawing held Sunday at Jackson High School.
The Blue Devils will travel to No. 2 Marietta (7-3-4) on Tuesday, Oct. 14, for a sectional semifinal match that will start at 6 p.m. If GAHS wins, it would play again in the sectional final on Saturday, Oct. 18, at 1 p.m. against either No. 3 Waverly (11-3-0) or No. 6 South Point (11-3-0).
The district semifinal is also scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 22, at Lucasville Valley High School at 6 p.m.
