Kiyana was born Nov. 3, 2005, in Gallipolis, to Jonathan Lewis and Rosalyn Tucker.
She is survived by her father, Jonathan Lewis of Middleport; mother, Rosalyn Tucker of Gallipolis; paternal grandparents, Delores and William Lewis of Middleport; maternal grandparents, Catherine Gholston of Gallipolis, and Norris Harington of Las Vegas, Nev.; brothers, Gabriel Lewis of Middleport, and Daunte Hammond of Hannibal, Ohio; aunts and uncles, Becky Klein of Pomeroy, Richard Allen Hudson of Gallipolis, Dencil Hudson of Syracuse, Virgil and Johanna Hudson of Pomeroy, Nancy Yvonne Cluney of British Columbia, Canada, Sergio Thomas Gholston of Gallipolis, Cheryl Ann Cook of Gallipolis, Mary Katherine Saxton of Gallipolis, William Edward Lewis Jr. of Gallipolis, and Samantha Groddi of New Hampshire; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, John Quinton and Beulah Lewis, Rosella and Hugh Avery Thomson, Margaret Irene and Thomas Alfonzo Satham, Norris Harington and Vivian Johnson
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 2008, at the Fisher-Anderson-McDaniel Funeral Home, 264 S. Second Ave., Middleport, Ohio 45760. Burial will follow in the Hemlock Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 26, 2008, at the funeral home.
