I want to express my appreciation to Mr. John B. Sang for his excellent illustration and comments on the brutal and cowardly bombing of Pearl Harbor by the government of Japan on Dec. 7, 1941.
As with many families, my uncle SSgt. Byrd's body was never recovered and my uncle MSgt. Beckett was held as a prisoner of war for 18 months. Folks, all one must do is watch the movie “The Great Raid” and judge for yourself.
Now to change the subject somewhat, just over the holidays, the nation of China very secretively took over some of our largest commercial banks located here in the USA. How and why?
