Paul F. Neal, 86, of Gallipolis, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at Holzer Assisted Living.

He was born June 28, 1920, in Mudsoc, Ohio, to the late Frank and Emma Bostic Neal.

Paul was widowed twice. His first wife was Ailene Gothard Neal, who passed away in 1946, and his second wife was Louise Tivener Neal, who passed away in 1982.

He was a retired boilermaker with Local No. 105 in Chillicothe. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and was a member of VFW Post No. 4464, the Ohio Valley Masonic Lodge No. 536 of Crown City and the Huntington Beagle Club.

He is survived by four sons, Terry (Frances) Neal of Wilmington, Del., Thomas (Linda) Neal of McArthur, David (Sue) Bradley of Columbus, and Thomas (Kathy) Bradley of Heath; and 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents; his two wives, Ailene Neal and Louise Neal; four brothers, Pete, Hobart, Howard and Elmer Neal; and two sisters, Clara Myers and Wealtha Rose.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2007, at the Willis Funeral Home, with Jane Ann Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, June 22, 2007, from 6 to 8 p.m.

There will be a Masonic service at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
