Barbara A. Phillips, 75, of Rodney, passed away Monday, Feb. 12, 2007, at the Holzer Medical Center.

She was born April 29, 1931, at Hume, Mo., to the late Rufus and Bertha Hanna. She was married to Jerry Phillips on Sept. 24, 1952, in Gallipolis, and he survives her. She was a homemaker and a member of Rodney Pike Church of God.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one grandchild, Christine Donthnier, one brother, Joseph Hanna and an infant sister.

Surviving is her husband, Jerry Phillips of Rodney; two daughters, Sharon (Mark) Crawford of Bonita Springs, Fla., and Connie (Tom) Donthnier of Vandalia, Ohio; two granddaughters, Jenny Foley and Melanie Gurley; two great granddaughters, Jennifer Wendling and Destiny Gurley; and four brothers, Walter (Dimmie) Hanna, Ted (Etha) Hanna, and Delbert Hanna, all of Gallipolis, and Earl Hanna of Poca, W.Va..

Services will be 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 16, 2007, at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Bynum officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be John Watson, Harold Saunders, Haskell Saunders, Harold Hayes, Bob Turner, Harold Heugel, and Ted Hanna.
