GALLIPOLIS - A Gallipolis man who was the subject of a Feb. 3 manhunt that caused a school lockdown is among those included in the latest indictments unsealed by the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
Donald D. Crago, 30, 512 Fifth Ave., was indicted March 1 by the Gallia County grand jury on one charge each of attempted murder and aggravated robbery, according to court records. The indictment was unsealed last week.
Crago is accused of allegedly stabbing Brandon Locke, 23, of Columbus, three times in the neck on Feb. 3. The stabbing allegedly took place in a Jeep on a road near Cheshire.
After the alleged assault, Crago drove Locke to Stingy Creek Road, where he the fled on foot. Nearby River Valley High School was locked down while authorities searched for Crago.
Crago was arrested at about 4 p.m. that day. He remained in the Gallia County Jail on a $500,000 bond Wednesday afternoon.
