Reportedly, at approximately 2:53 p.m. on Sunday, a semi traveling southbound on Ohio 7 south pulled off the roadway near Raccoon Creek due to two flat tires on the vehicle’s trailer.
The tractor trailer drove off the roadway and flipped on its side.
The name of the driver is not being released at this time and the crash remains under investigation by the Gallipolis Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
