National retailer JC Penney recently launched a JCP Express in Gallipolis, and Siders Jewelers, located at 2145 Eastern Ave. is pleased to serve as the hub. People will be able to order any JC Penney merchandise from Siders’ store or online from home/work, then have it shipped to the store. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Tuesday at the new location.
