Forrest L. Warren, 80, of Crown City, Ohio went to his heavenly home June 18, 2011, at the Holzer Medical Center with his family by his side. He was a retired farmer.

He was born on October 14, 1930, in Gallia County son of the late Russell and Mary (Johnson) Warren. He is survived by his wife, Ruth (Turley) Warren; his son, Brad (Becky) Warren of Vinton and grandson, Allen Curnutte; three brothers, Howard (Betty) Warren of Crown City, James (Wanda) Warren and Ervin Warren both of Gallipolis; two sisters, Adele Syrus of Florida and Georgia (Oral Ray) Bevan of Crown City; special friends, Gaylen and Nan Scarberry of Crown City and Lee and Joann Hoffman of Bidwell.

Forrest was preceded in death by his parents; two infant siblings; and three sisters, Thelma Pickett, Mary Ellen Phillips and Bonnie Spillman.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at Willis Funeral Home with Lee Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Swan Creek Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2011, at Willis Funeral Home.
