Scott Reuter, 52, Gallipolis, passed away December 8, 2010, at his residence. He was born May 28, 1958, to Donald E. Reuter of Middleport, Ohio, and the late Pauline (Wolfe) Reuter. He was a Kentucky Colonel, a member of the Middleport F&AM Lodge #363, and the Gallipolis Shrine Club.

Scott is survived by his wife, Lisa Russell Reuter, and children, Courtney Reuter, Columbus, Ohio; Kelsey Reuter, Point Pleasant, W.Va.; and Jeffrey Reuter, Gallipolis, Ohio; two grandsons, Noah Alexander Reuter, Gallipolis and Cayden Gage Reuter, Point Pleasant, W.Va.; brother, David (Boo) Reuter, Fla., and brother-in-law, David (Tina) Russell, Gallipolis, Ohio; nieces, Andrea Russell, Gallipolis and Sarah (Kyle) Deel, Vinton, Ohio; and mother-in-law, Barbara Russell, Gallipolis, Ohio.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Wayne Russell.

A Memorial Service will be held 7 p.m., Monday, December 13, 2010, at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave, Gallipolis, with Rev. Cliff Curry officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. and Masonic Services will be conducted at 6:45 p.m. by the Middleport F&AM Lodge #363.
