Paul Ray, Jr., 20, Vinton, was arraigned on Nov. 5 on one count of breaking and entering and two counts of burglary.
Ray allegedly broke into the Down Under Restaurant in Gallipolis on Jan. 19, 2009, and burglarized two separate Gallia Co. residences on Jan. 17. 2009, and Feb. 3, 2009, respectively.
Ray entered a plea of not guilty to the charges against him. The defendant may file a plea agreement with the clerk of courts office by Feb. 15, 2011, otherwise a jury trial is scheduled for March 15, 2011, in the common pleas courtroom.
Burglary is a second degree felony, while breaking and entering is a fifth degree felony.
Ray was arrested on by deputies with the Gallia County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 3 and he later posted bond on Nov. 5, after his arraignment.
Russell A. Mullins, 20, Bidwell, was arraigned on Nov. 5 on one count of drug trafficking.
Mullins allegedly sold or attempted to sell 20.4 grams of marijuana on April 21, 2010, a fifth degree felony.
As a part of his indictment, Mullins was ordered to forfeit $200, as said money was allegedly used in the commission of the offense.
During his arraignment, Mullins pled not guilty to the charge against him. The defendant may file a written plea agreement with the clerk of courts by Feb. 9, 2011, otherwise a jury trial is scheduled for March 9, 2011, in the common pleas courtroom.
