Gallia woman accused of sexual misconduct with juvenile

GALLIPOLIS — A Gallia County woman is facing a multiple-count indictment following her alleged sexual misconduct with a juvenile last year.Autumn L. Alban-Beaver, 29, of Gallipolis, pleaded not guilty to five counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, all felonies of the third degree; one count of the illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
