GALLIPOLIS — The look on Katelyn Beaver’s face the moment they called her name on the main stage at the Gallia County Fair was one of those priceless moments.“I thought they must have said someone else’s name,” she said shortly after throngs of friends and relatives finished snapping dozens of photographs of her in her new royal regalia. “I wasn’t expecting it.”She had just been named 2014 Miss Gallia County.
