Honorary Campaign Chair, Charlene Hemphill, AEP Gavin, spoke at the United Way of Gallia County campaign kick-off on September 14, at the Senior Resource Center. She challenged the community to support the 12 member agencies of UWGC and gave examples of the services offered by each and individual stories of success. Pacesetters kicked off the 2013 campaign with pledges totalling $23,275. All funds donated in Gallia county remain here and help people in our own community. Contributions may be mailed to P.O.
