OHIO VALLEY —Due to weather conditions throughout the region, the Gallia and Meigs counties have been placed under a Level 1 snow emergency.
A Level 1 snow emergency means roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may be icy. Anyone on the roads is asked to drive cautiously and give room for the state, county and township road crews to work.
