Charles David Oliver, 64, of Gallipolis Ferry, W.Va., died Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at home.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2012, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Rev. Dorsel Messick officiating. Burial will follow in the Wyoma Cemetery at Gallipolis Ferry, W.Va., where military graveside rites will be conducted by the West Virginia Honor Guard. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service Thursday.
