She was born June 9, 1930, in Harrisburg, daughter of the late John Roy Smith and Lola J. McDaniel Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Allen Smith on April 15, 1984.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and John Robert Smith.
