Lewis Wayne Case, age 76, of Prospect, Virginia, died Sunday, July 22, 2012, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Case of Prospect, Virginia; his son, Ronald Case of Rio Grande, Ohio; his daughter, Michelle Steele and her husband Andy of Gallipolis, Ohio; his son, Matthew Case and his wife Amy of Rio Grande, Ohio; five grandchildren, Christopher, Heather, Makenzie, Jeremiah and Jonathan.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2012, in the Chapel of the Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia, Virginia, with interment to follow with military honors. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday evening at Shorter Funeral Home in Farmville, Virginia.
