She was born May 26, 1917, in Gallia County, to the late Cassius W. and Carrie Elliott Allison.
She was married to Charles Vernon Kuhn, and he preceded her in death on May 27, 1986.
Hazel was a member of Northup Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by four children, Donna Halley of Northup, Charles W. (Judith) Kuhn of Gallipolis, Bill L. (Marilyn) Kuhn of Northup and Alan L. (Cynde) Kuhn of Gallipolis; six grandchildren, Teresa Kuhn, Marie Lear, Beth Cremeans, Jody Lunsford, Charles L. Kuhn and Kevin L. Kuhn; and five great-grandchildren.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Vernon Kuhn; a son, Rex Kuhn; a daughter, Marybelle Kuhn; son-in-law, James Halley; and daughter-in-law, Pat Kuhn.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Willis Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Lusher officiating. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
