According to count two, it is alleged that on the same date, Toles, being a person confined in a detention facility with intent to harass, annoy, threaten, or alarm another person, knowingly caused or attempted to cause Harvey to come into contact with blood, semen, urine, feces, or another bodily substance by expelling the bodily substance upon him.

Toles pled not guilty to the charges and was released on her own recognizance under a $15,000 bond with an additional bond set at $1,000 ten percent secured.

Her jury trial is scheduled for Nov. 19 at 9 a.m.
