Paul “Bub” Williams will be the opening act for the 2nd Friday event on September 14 at the French Art Colony.
GALLIPOLIS — The 2nd Friday entertainment series returns to the French Art Colony (FAC) on September 14. Live music will be provided by Dax Hill and Joey Simms from the band Becker’s Brew. Special guest, Paul “Bub” Williams, will be the opening act. The event also include legal beverages and food for purchase, and is held on the FAC lawn, at 530 First Avenue, in Gallipolis. Tent shelter is provided in the event of light rain.
Gates open for the FAC’s 2nd Friday at 6 p.m., with music beginning at 6:15 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students. Those wishing to purchase alcohol must present valid ID.
The 2nd Friday series is presented in conjunction with Ohio River Live. The Ohio Arts Council helps to fund this organization with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans. For complete details, call the office at 740-446-3834.
