The family of 17-year-old Sabrina Myers, of West Portsmouth, said she has been missing since Tuesday, Jan. 14. The family is asking anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts to call the Scioto County Sheriff’s Department.
“She got on the school bus at 6:50 a.m on Tuesday morning. She went in the school (Portsmouth West High School) and did not go to class, she went out the back door or a side door,” said Michelle Myers, the mother of Sabrina Myers.
Michelle Myers said she has not heard from Sabrina Myers since Tuesday morning, and suspects she is with her boyfriend. She has filed a missing persons report with the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office, who also believe Sabrina Myers is with her 18-year-old boyfriend.
“We passed out 300 flyers on Saturday, I’ve got it all over Facebook and have filed a report with the sheriffs office,” Michelle Myers said. “I went to a couple of places last night, she was at one of them earlier in the day, but she was gone when I got there.”
She is believed to still in the area. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Scioto County Sheriff’s Department at 740-355-8261.
