Summer singing set for ‘Hot Summer Nights’

GALLIPOLIS — Sam Stephens, acclaimed musician, will perform at the French Art Colony’s Hot Summer Nights event, Thursday, June 15, on the Pavilion, located at 530 First Avenue, in Gallipolis.

The French Art Colony, regional multi-arts center, in Gallipolis, hosts the Hot Summer Nights music series on Thursday evenings in June, July and August. Admission is $5, or free for French Art Colony members. Gates open at 6 p.m., with music beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Upcoming performances will be held by Deep Creatures June 22, Cee Cee Miller June 29, Mark Ward and Jenny Walker July 6, Ben Davis Group July 13, Paul “Bub” Williams July 20, Cee Cee Miller again on July 27, Fur Peace Ranch’s John Hurlbut Aug. 3, Sam Stephens again on Aug. 10, Mark Ward and Jenny Walker again on Aug. 17. Deep Creatures return for Aug. 24 and Paul Doeffinger returns Aug. 31.

Food and snacks are available, and beer, wine, mixed drinks, soda and water are available for purchase form the FAC’s bar service. For more information, call 740-446-3834.
